Around your visit
Admission to the monument is free for disabled people and their companions, on presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion Card for the French public issued by the CDAPH, or foreign equivalent).
The Mobility and Inclusion Card (CMI) mentioning "priority" alone, as well as the parking card, do not entitle the holder to free travel.
From July 14th to August 3rd, 2025, the castle will host the Vincennes Estival Club, offering a wide range of sports and cultural activities in the courtyard. A large number of visitors is expected. If you wish to visit the Donjon and the Sainte-Chapelle in a quieter environment, we recommend coming in the morning. For any information regarding the accessibility of the Vincennes Estival Club events, please contact the City of Vincennes.
Adapted tours
Whether they come as individuals or in prearranged groups, for a self-guided or supervised tour, visitors with disabilities can be offered a dedicated service tailored to their needs, depending on their disability and the facilities available.
Visitor assistance systems
Facilities to help visitors understand and get to know the monument, and to enhance the quality of their visit, are presented in the monument's visitor itinerary.
