Free admission and guided tour for disabled visitors and their companions, on presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or organization certificate (groups).

Visitor aids

• Tactile aids in the casemates of the dungeon courtyard: interactive tactile model of the castle and site, tactile model of the dungeon with an exploded view of the second floor and facsimile of a sculpture of Saint Mark.
• Musical instrument sound system on the second floor of the keep.

• Site includes an open-air section: wear appropriate clothing.
• Rest areas: benches in the main courtyard, in the casemates and on the second floor of the keep.
• Guide and assistance dogs permitted.
